At EDGE Creative, we love nothing more than supporting local businesses who do so much for the community, especially over the past few months.

That’s why we’re immensely proud to announce that we’ve won a new client over lockdown, and have partnered with Butco, who are a family-run central heating company based right here in Sutton Coldfield.

Having been established for over 60 years, Butco understand that good customer loyalty is down to a high level of trust and experience. As a result, they’ve come to us for help with boosting their online presence in the form of a new ecommerce website and search engine optimisation.

Butco’s company ethos has always been to provide fantastic quality service for all of their customers. We recognise that this quality service and 24-hour care needs to be present throughout each and every part of their brand, including their online footprint.

We’re designing and developing an ecommerce website with an emphasis on accessibility, ease of use and clear communication. Like all of our clients, Butco want user experience at the forefront of their website’s design, and like all websites we’ve built here at EDGE Creative, that’s our priority too.

Our team know that a website isn’t complete without strong analytics and measuring tools to accurately track how users are interacting with the website. That’s why we’re also spending time implementing heat-mapping software as well as extensive testing to ensure each part of the user process is as smooth as possible.
