Data Analysis Training with
Circuit Hospitality wanted to improve their knowledge of the Google Analytics platform and learn more about how people use their website.
In our workshop, we showed Circuit Hospitality how to navigate the dashboard, talking through each section of Google Analytics, focusing on its purpose and the data that can be pulled from that area. We also showed them how to create a customised baseboard that would streamline their usage.
As a result, Circuit Hospitality are actively using their analytics platform to pull data on visitors to their website and use that information to tailor their user experience.
CMS TRAINING WITH
Evolve Shopfitting approached us wanting to build a better understanding of their Content Management System, WordPress.
Evolve identified the key areas they wished to improve their knowledge on, and our team were able to prepare a bespoke training session which covered the process of uploading, re-ordering, and altering their testimonials across the site to showcase their most recent reviews.
By the end of the session, Evolve had developed a good understanding of how their CMS worked and had the confidence to be able to make updates in-house.
SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING WITH
Bayliss Bathrooms were looking to improve their performance on social media and approached EDGE for assistance.
Together we reviewed their existing performance on social media, showing Bayliss how to access the analytics on each platform and highlighting the importance of each of the metrics.
We then talked through social media best practices and showed Bayliss how to create a content calendar factoring in their campaigns and planned events for the coming months. This has allowed them to ensure a regular feed of fresh content to promote their work so that Bayliss could ensure a regular feed of fresh content was going out promoting their work.
DESIGN TOOLS TRAINING WITH
Lisieux Trust were looking to move the design of their monthly newsletter in-house after the appointment of a new marketing person and were looking for a session specifically focused on InDesign.
We concentrated on creating a template and how it could be adapted to suit their needs. We talked through many of the features they were likely to utilise on InDesign such as margins, alignment, bleeds for printing, images, and fonts.
Through doing this the client gained confidence in their ability to use the InDesign software competently and continue to create their monthly newsletter.
EMAIL MARKETING TRAINING WITH
Pall Mall was planning a networking event for their members and approached us for support and training on how to effectively manage this through email.
To help achieve this we prepared a session focusing specifically on Mailchimp’s email marketing software. We discussed the process of building an email on Mailchimp, clearly demonstrating how to use the available features effectively.
Following that, we looked at how to set up campaigns and organise data, including assigning tags and creating segments to help them manage their invitations both now and in future.
