Digital Experience Apprentice

As a Digital Experience Apprentice, you will have the chance to learn and gain practical experience in various aspects of digital design and user experience (UX). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance user experience across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.
  • Support the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags optimisation, content optimisation, link building, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Also, assist in analysing data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to optimise website content and structure for search engines.
  • Learn and apply the best practices for local SEO, mobile SEO, and voice search optimisation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices through training sessions, webinars, and online resources.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Support design and development teams in creating digital assets, including websites and landing pages, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Learn and apply the principles of user-centered design and usability testing to improve digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to the design process.
  • Assist in analysing website and app performance metrics to identify areas for optimisation and enhancement.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital experience design and UX/UI design.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in digital design tools and techniques.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade 5 or above (C pre 2020).
  • Strong interest in digital design, user experience, and technology.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards skill development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
  • Basic Word Processing skills using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
  • The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, whilst not letting it hinder your quality of work
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
