OVERVIEW
Happy Days is a nursery group operating across the south west of England and south Wales, with close to 40 sites.
They care for around 2,000 children daily and employ nearly 500 staff, delivering a tailored early years curriculum designed to prepare children for school while supporting key skill development.
They were looking to partner with an agency with proven experience in nursery website development to revamp their online presence, creating a bespoke website that improved user experience, strengthened visual appeal, and better reflected the quality of their childcare offering.

BESPOKE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
A fully bespoke website was designed and developed from the ground up, with strategic focus placed on improving user experience, strengthening visual appeal and simplifying the parent enquiry journey.
Following a full audit of the existing website and competitor landscape, the site structure was reworked to create clearer navigation, stronger location-based journeys and more effective access to key information. Dedicated nursery pages, custom functionality and improved search tools supported a smoother path to conversion.
BRAND DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
A strategic uplift of the existing Happy Days brand was undertaken to strengthen consistency across all touchpoints while preserving the warmth, trust and recognition already established with parents.
Rather than a full rebrand, the focus was placed on refining visual identity and creating clear brand guidelines to support long-term consistency across digital platforms, marketing collateral and future growth across multiple nursery locations.
THE RESULT
Since the website launch in December 2023, Happy Days has seen sustained year-on-year growth (2025 vs 2024), driven by ongoing SEO and CRO activity rather than the initial build alone.
This performance highlights the importance of ongoing SEO and CRO activity. While the new website provided the foundation, sustained optimisation has delivered compounding improvements over time.
Alongside the initial website and SEO work, which helped strengthen Happy Days’ digital presence and visibility, this ongoing partnership has since expanded into additional projects, including an internal welcome video for new starters at their Bristol nursery.
