XPGroup are a fast-growing technology and automotive group based in Banbury, encompassing leading automotive experience provider XPAuto and software innovators XPTech.

As market leaders in logistics and IT for the automotive industry, XPAuto provide a range of innovative services to vehicle manufacturers, corporate organisations and resellers. These services are complemented by the smart technology provided by XPTech, who are a team of specialists in whole life, asset management software and technology. With innovative asset management technology, XPTech aim to simplify and streamline processes for a range of businesses.

The Task

XPGroup initially came to us with their “autoXP” brand, seeking a
digital marketing agency to help them branch out into the asset management software-as-a-service industry. Our challenge was to help position XP within the automotive and technology markets as a group of businesses, creating a corporate brand identity for XPGroup to sit above XPAuto and XPTech.

As part of this wider consultancy work, we were tasked with designing and developing three new websites to complement and showcase their new brands. The website design needed to illustrate each aspect of the business; XPGroup, XPAuto and XPTech as distinct yet collaborative teams, but also reflect the extensive market research we completed for all 3 brands and their target audiences, as well as incorporate our work on XPGroup’s corporate brand development and identity.

The Results

As a creative marketing agency, we brought together an omni-channel marketing campaign to position XPAuto and XPTech as both tech and
logistics solutions, creating websites that are optimised for search engines and driving conversions.

Our extensive and detailed wire framing process allowed us to map
out every part of each website, ensuring an optimum user experience
(UX) to drive enquiries and communicate the XP brand identity.
As XPGroup work across international markets, we also implemented
a language selector to translate the website copy into Chinese, French and German.

Through strategic planning, we have led XPGroup to their desired audiences, showcasing their smarter technology and asset management within automotive markets. Our work on the 3 brands has allowed them to go from strength to strength. It’s great to be such an integral part of their marketing strategy, and our continued work on XP as their digital agency has propelled them to a wider audience.
