The initial phase focused on developing comprehensive brand guidelines to strengthen consistency across every touchpoint. Building on Link Engineering’s existing visual identity, we refined the colour palette, typography and tone to establish a more professional and cohesive brand system.

An SEO strategy was integrated into the website development process to improve discoverability and attract relevant audiences. Research identified key industry and regional search terms, which were strategically embedded across core service pages, supporting long-term visibility and lead generation efforts.

A new bespoke website was designed and built to meet Link Engineering’s need for a stronger digital presence that reflected their growth and professionalism and established their credibility in the sector.

The structure and navigation were carefully planned to make it easy for visitors to explore their range of civil and structural engineering services, as well as their project portfolio.

The design approach balanced technical detail with an intuitive layout, ensuring the website resonates with both commercial clients and industry professionals.

DIGITAL MARKETING MASTERCLASSES

To ensure the Link Engineering team could confidently oversee their digital presence, tailored Google Analytics training sessions were delivered.

These sessions focused on understanding user behaviour, tracking engagement, and using data insights to guide future marketing activity. The aim was to build in-house capability and enable the team to make informed, data-driven decisions as their online strategy evolved.

ADDITIONAL MARKETING MATERIALS

Alongside digital development, a suite of offline marketing materials was created to support the firm’s client-facing activity. This included business cards, brochures, a credentials document, and presentation templates designed to align with the refined brand identity.

Animated email signatures were also introduced to extend brand visibility through digital communications, ensuring every client interaction reflected a unified and polished image.

Each piece was developed with a focus on clarity, structure, and visual consistency, reinforcing Link Engineering’s credibility and attention to detail in both print and digital formats.

THE RESULT

The collaboration successfully repositioned Link Engineering as a confident and capable business within the civil and structural engineering sector. The refreshed brand identity and new website now present the company as established, forward-thinking and credible, with supporting offline materials creating a consistent experience across every client touchpoint.

Over the initial six-month period, the impact has been significant. Link Engineering achieved a 159% increase in overall keyword rankings (rising from 54 to 140), alongside a consistent #1 position for their brand name, despite competition from another company. Key industry phrases have also seen major improvements, with terms such as civil engineering consultants moving from beyond position 100 to page 3.

For a business historically driven by referrals and brochure-led activity, organic visibility has strengthened considerably, with 32% of all website traffic now coming from organic search. The new website is also performing strongly from an engagement standpoint, achieving a 72% Engagement Rate, demonstrating that visitors are finding the content relevant, useful and easy to navigate.

We feel we now have a brand that is representative of our business as a result of EDGE’s input. STREAMLINING COMMUNICATION USING WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS 

WhatsApp for Business was introduced to simplify customer communications, giving Green Space Creations a direct and efficient way to share updates on offers, products, and orders. The platform was also optimised to improve the management of enquiries and orders. This streamlined approach helped improve response times and strengthen customer relationships.
 
Alongside this, Green Space Creations’ social media profiles were optimised to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, creating a cohesive and engaging experience for their audience. 

TARGETED META ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS 

A highly targeted Meta ad campaign was initiated to increase awareness and generate enquiries. The ads were split-tested and optimised for maximum engagement, ensuring Green Space Creations reached the right audience at the right time.

A retargeting audience was developed to re-engage high-intent prospects and maintain brand visibility, increasing the chance of conversion. Additional ads were also added to the campaign around key events, including bank holidays and seasonal discounts.

As part of this campaign, a series of organic social posts were shared, providing further touchpoints and information. This included a video showing how to locate the showroom, helping guide potential customers. 

STRATEGIC CONVERSION RATE OPTIMISATION 

The website was optimised to make it easier for visitors to convert, with contact forms added to every product page. These pages doubled as landing pages for the Meta ads, creating a seamless journey for customers from ad click to enquiry.

A welcome emailer was integrated with the mailing list sign-up form, providing an additional touchpoint to nurture new leads and encourage future conversions. 

THE RESULT

The campaign delivered strong results for Green Space Creations, generating enquiries at a cost of £106 per conversion, with an average order value of £12,000 for an elite garden order and £1,500 for a shed. Therefore, the potential return from each enquiry represents a significant impact for the business. 

Working with EDGE has been great, and their support has been invaluable. Not only have we seen a real increase in enquiries coming through the website from the ads, but we’ve also had customers phone us to enquire or visit the store after seeing an ad, especially during sale promotions

A SUB-BRAND FOR JUNIOR MEMBERS

Building on the club’s signature phoenix logo, three distinct junior member bands were created. Each band included a mascot and tailored colour palette, thoughtfully extending the club’s existing brand identity. 

This was brought to life within the club’s new junior members’ area, creating a welcoming environment for all children.

DESIGN OF BRANDED MARKETING MATERIALS

The junior members’ sub-brand guided the creation of timetables, clearly highlighting activities available to younger members. These timetables were also displayed in the junior members’ area to ensure visibility and easy access.

A range of additional marketing collateral – including brochures, posters, bags, and more – was produced to communicate the new offering and reinforce the presence of the junior members’ area.

AMENDS TO THEIR EXISTING WEBSITE

The Edgbaston Priory Club website was updated to include a ‘Families’ section, reflecting their club’s family-friendly positioning. This includes all information on their junior members offering, such as details on their family spaces and activities, and access to their newly designed timetables.

TARGETED SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING

Targeted social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X promoted the club’s leisure amenities and racquet sports facilities.

By tailoring content to specific audiences, the campaigns increased brand awareness, boosted engagement, and drove interest in the club’s facilities.

THE RESULT

The launch of the junior membership sub-brand established a vibrant and engaging identity that resonated with families, encouraging greater participation from younger members and reinforcing the club’s position as a destination for all ages.

The design and production of key marketing materials, alongside updates to the website, made information on services and activities for junior members easily accessible, improving awareness and engagement.

Targeted social media campaigns further increased brand visibility, expanded reach across key platforms, and helped attract new members to the club.

We led a full rebrand, delivering a new identity grounded in sustainability and designed to reflect ISL’s experience and ambition. As part of this, a full set of brand guidelines was developed to maintain consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing their professionalism and credibility.

Our work included designing and producing a cohesive range of print and digital assets, from brochures and business cards to banners and presentation decks, through our expert graphic design and printing services. All marketing materials used FSC-certified paper and low-ink, minimalist designs to reduce environmental impact.

A key deliverable was their new website – a clean, intuitive platform that clearly communicates ISL’s services, showcases their most impactful case studies, and supports stakeholder engagement. The site plays a central role in their marketing efforts, particularly around their leadership in renewable energy and circular innovation.

As a result, ISL now has a unified brand identity and a compelling online presence, enabling them to engage national and global audiences with confidence. The MADE team are deeply committed to improving their local community. They regularly take on projects within the Birmingham area to help enhance the lives of the local community, such as the Islamic Centre of Britain, set to be one of Europe’s largest mosques.

THE TASK

MADE Architecture wanted to reach a bigger audience and raise awareness about their work, with a focus on showcasing their expertise in the architecture space. They were looking to not only expand their visibility but also connect with potential clients and industry professionals.

We were initially tasked with achieving these goals through the social media management of their TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As a social media marketing agency, we crafted a content strategy that aligned with these objectives, enabling them to build credibility, engage with their audience, and ultimately position themselves as leaders in the industry. 

Utilising our experience as an architectural marketing agency, we recognised that incorporating videography services and organising content filming days to capture their ongoing projects was an effective way to achieve their goals on social media.

Additionally, by integrating best practices in digital visibility, we supported their broader online presence through tactics such as public relations and search engine optimisation to maximise reach and impact. 

THE RESULTS

Over the past twelve months, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation in their social media presence. Not only have their follower numbers grown, so have their engagement rates – a result of our efforts in creating compelling content and implementing a strong social media strategy.

Alongside this, our work on search engine optimisation, has boosted their online visibility, with improved search rankings driving meaningful traffic. 

For example, between October 2024 and March 2025, website sessions increased by 141%, while engagement rates nearly doubled, rising from 24% to 49%.

A new data capture form was introduced, enabling users to register interest in out-of-stock vehicles or adaptations. This provided Sirus with a non-intrusive way to nurture potential customers while reducing bounce rates.

Targeted search engine optimisation improvements were made to strengthen Sirus’ visibility for Motability WAVs and related searches. This included:

Always-on ads promoted Sirus’ range of WAVs, while flexible budget allocation allowed for increased spend during new vehicle launches or when stock required an extra push.

By focusing on highly relevant search terms around Motability WAVs, ads targeted the right audience at the right time, supporting lead generation alongside organic SEO efforts.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & CREATIVE DIRECTION

Professional photography was a key part of ensuring the Sirus brand reflected quality and care.

Creative direction and project management was provided for vehicle photoshoots across multiple WAV models. Detailed imagery of accessibility features was captured, as well as lifestyle photography that showed vehicles in use.

These assets were used consistently across the website, brochures, and digital campaigns, reinforcing brand trust and helping customers better understand how Sirus’ vehicles could meet their needs.

ON BRAND MARKETING MATERIALS

Beyond the website, Sirus’ marketing support extended across multiple touchpoints. This included offline design marketing materials such as brochures, event collateral for exhibitions like Naidex, and vehicle warranty and vehicle insurance messaging.

This consistent approach strengthened trust with both new and returning customers, helping to strengthen Sirus Automotive’s position as a leading name in Motability marketing.

THE RESULT

The project delivered a clean, unified brand identity rolled out across digital and print, spanning the website, brochures, email campaigns, and exhibition collateral. This ensured Sirus presented a consistent and confident brand at every customer interaction.

The introduction of paid advertising campaigns gave Sirus more control over their audience targeting, with Google Ads driving increased traffic to high-priority pages and generating enquiries for specific vehicle models.

Summary

Rebox Homes is a residential building company based in Solihull, focused on smaller-scale, bespoke projects for modern living. They specialise in custom-built homes or flat buildings that maximise unused or available spaces between roads and other buildings.

Rebox utilise top-of-the-range fittings and furniture to create functional and beautiful living and communal spaces for families, young professionals, and more.

Rebox were referred to EDGE Creative by Smart Homes, an estate agent and fellow client of ours also based in south Birmingham. The team at Rebox Homes were impressed by our previous work and wanted to discuss the possibility of helping them on their marketing journey.

The Task

Rebox Homes first approached us to help them create and establish a solid brand identity, which is one of the most crucial aspects of marketing a business. This new branding would then be used as the theming for a new website, company signage, and other marketing materials.

Prior to starting any specific design work for Rebox, we held several exploratory meetings with the client to discuss their vision, some of our early concepts, and the ultimate goals of the rebrand. These important talks were able to guide our first few design and branding choices, allowing us to focus in on the Rebox team’s own vision and start on the right foot from the very beginning.

The Results

For this project, we needed to utilise our extensive experience in branding work and the property market. Having previously worked alongside both estate agents and building companies, we were confident in our ability to create something Rebox Homes would love.

After presenting several different branding options to the team that each matched the ambitions and visions of the company, they chose the sleek and modern style they use today. This included regal brand colours, like dark blue and gold, and a minimalistic yet symbolic logo that is perfect for signage, business cards, and other advertisements.

While creating these branding options, our development team started to build a new website based on the needs of the client. A wireframe and much of the copy was completed early using our knowledge of their target audience, and once their branding choice was made, it could simply be added in.

Then we got to work designing brand new eye-catching hoardings to be put up around their work sites, advertising the business to any foot traffic in and around the area.

Now, Rebox Homes has a bespoke website, advertising material, and distinct brand voice to tie it all together that reflect the quality of the work they produce.
