Located in Staffordshire, Green Space Creations specialise in crafting garden buildings for customers, providing aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces.

From premium garden rooms to spacious summerhouses and garden sheds, they manage the whole process, from bases and site visits through to electrics and installation. With the peak season approaching, they were looking to maximise sales through specialist marketing for garden buildings.

STREAMLINING COMMUNICATION USING WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS 

WhatsApp for Business was introduced to simplify customer communications, giving Green Space Creations a direct and efficient way to share updates on offers, products, and orders. The platform was also optimised to improve the management of enquiries and orders. This streamlined approach helped improve response times and strengthen customer relationships.
 
Alongside this, Green Space Creations’ social media profiles were optimised to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, creating a cohesive and engaging experience for their audience. 

TARGETED META ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS 

A highly targeted Meta ad campaign was initiated to increase awareness and generate enquiries. The ads were split-tested and optimised for maximum engagement, ensuring Green Space Creations reached the right audience at the right time.

A retargeting audience was developed to re-engage high-intent prospects and maintain brand visibility, increasing the chance of conversion. Additional ads were also added to the campaign around key events, including bank holidays and seasonal discounts.

As part of this campaign, a series of organic social posts were shared, providing further touchpoints and information. This included a video showing how to locate the showroom, helping guide potential customers. 

STRATEGIC CONVERSION RATE OPTIMISATION 

The website was optimised to make it easier for visitors to convert, with contact forms added to every product page. These pages doubled as landing pages for the Meta ads, creating a seamless journey for customers from ad click to enquiry.

A welcome emailer was integrated with the mailing list sign-up form, providing an additional touchpoint to nurture new leads and encourage future conversions. 

THE RESULT

The campaign delivered strong results for Green Space Creations, generating enquiries at a cost of £106 per conversion, with an average order value of £12,000 for an elite garden order and £1,500 for a shed. Therefore, the potential return from each enquiry represents a significant impact for the business.
